Don't forget the new AMRs effective July 1

Marijuana Tax Update

Dear Licensees, Taxpayers and Stakeholders,

This email is to inform you that the new Average Market Rate (AMRs) effective July 1, 2018, have been published. The new AMRs will be effective through September 30, 2018. Please also consult the AMR fact sheet for additional details and check back in mid-September for the October 1 AMRs.

As always, we encourage you and your representatives to stay aware and informed of all tax and regulatory requirements to remain in compliance. For more information, please visit the Taxation Division’s website, Colorado.gov/Tax/Marijuana-Taxes-File.

Revenue Online, Colorado.gov/RevenueOnline, is available to manage your accounts, file your marijuana tax returns, send us a secure message and submit additional documentation when necessary. For account-specific questions, call the Marijuana Tax Information Help Line at 303-205-8287, where customer service representatives are available Monday through Friday from 8 a.m. to 4:30 p.m. to assist you. You may also visit one of our five regional Taxpayer Service Centers in Colorado Springs, Denver, Fort Collins, Grand Junction and Pueblo to speak with a trained tax examiner, no appointment needed.
